Finally, Jennifer Lopez sells her $23 million penthouse in New York City.

Jennifer Lopez and her real estate have had a busy summer.

The famous persona put her Beverly Hills home, which she shared with husband Ben Affleck, up for sale earlier this month. The 38,000-square-foot mansion was bought by the newlyweds for $60.8 million only a year ago. At now, the cost is $68 million.

And now, the Real Deal reports, she seems to have finally sold her apartment in New York City amid rumors of relationship problems.

The exquisite home in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood with an amazing terrace was advertised in 2017 for $27 million. The 6,540-square-foot home has been on and off the market since then, with a final price reduction to $24,990,000. The New York Post reported that $23 million was the transaction price.

The house was reportedly paid just over $20 million to Lopez in 2014.

Chris Pomeroy and Richard Orenstein of Brown Harris Stevens represented the listing. They did not respond to calls for comment.

Rebecca Mardikes and Eleonora Srugo, both of Douglas Elliman, secured the buyer for the property, and they declined to comment.

Exquisite escape

The two-level penthouse with four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms boasts a 3,000-square-foot terrace in a 1920s building. The outdoor space spans four terraces and two floors, with views of Madison Square Park.

A private elevator opens to the fifth floor, which is a massive great room with a skylight, three sets of French doors, and a terrace overlooking the park.

There’s also a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a bedroom wing with three en suite baths, a staff room with a full bath, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the “palatial” primary suite includes two bathrooms, a large dressing room, and two private terraces. There’s also a media room, a bathroom, and a terrace on this level.

The sale comes as Affleck has made a move of his own, reportedly picking up a $21 million Los Angeles mansion.

As for Lopez, she might opt to stay on the East Coast for now. She has been spotted in the Hamptons, where she reportedly owns a $10 million home she picked up in 2013. She sold her Bel-Air compound for $34 million in October.
