Anne Hathaway looked unrecognizable on the NYC set of her forthcoming AppleTV+ series WeCrashed, based on the downfall of office-space startup WeWork.
The 38-year-old actress, who plays the wife of WeWork CEO Adam Neumann, was seen dressed as Neytiri, the female humanoid from James Cameron’s sci-fi film Avatar.
Hathaway was joined on set by her costar America Ferrera, who rocked a Mummy costume for Tuesday night’s shoot in the city.

Anne’s transformation into Neytiri, originally portrayed by Zoe Saldana in Cameron’s 2009 film, required her to rock facial prosthetics and blue face paint.
There was also a bow and arrow slung across Anne’s body and some strappy leather sandals on her feet.

In between takes, the Devil Wears Prada star could be seen chatting on her cellphone in her elaborate Avatar-inspire garb.
Ferrera, 37, didn’t have to stroll around set in face paint, but she did have to rock a bodysuit and several strands of gauze in order to achieve ultimate mummy costume.
The Superstore star carried her mummy mask in her hand as she was seen returning from break with Hathaway.
The pair grabbed a quick meal at a nearby eatery, with America returning with a plate and a to-go cup to set.
