Conor McGregor has returned to training after UFC boss Dana White announced he would fight later this year.
McGregor has not fought in the UFC since July 2021, and White has said he expects the former two-weight champion to return this autumn.
And the Dubliner was back training in SBG as he shared snaps alongside his coach John Kavanagh as he returned to training.
Posting on Instagram, he said: “Hail, rain or snow we are going at it on this island. ”
UFC boss White says McGregor will return to the UFC first, rather than fighting Logan Paul in a boxing match.
White claimed that the Irishman would “eventually” be back before adding: “No no [won’t fight KSI or Logan Paul]. I’m hoping that Conor McGregor will return in the fall.”
The former two-weight world champion had hinted he would fight Logan Paul in a $250m boxing fight in India but talks of the bout appear to have slowed down.
McGregor last fought competitively in July 2021, when he suffered a leg break against Dustin Poirier. He has not won a fight since January 2020.
