Paul Heyman comes to the ring to announce that Roman Reigns will be the worldwide representative on the cover of the WWE 2K25 video game. “The Wise Man” mentions that being on the cover of such a big game is a big responsibility, but right now he’s focused on winning the Royal Rumble this Saturday to go get his title back. Heyman says that Reigns is the biggest star on the planet; everyone wants to be like “The Tribal Chief” and prays every night before going to sleep to be like him. Before leaving, Drew McIntyre makes his entrance; the Scot looks at Roman Reigns’ cover for a moment, and then addresses Paul Heyman.
McIntyre mentions that he’s never had a chance to talk to Heyman, and wants him to just listen for once. Drew comments that Paul should be grateful because all the success he’s had is thanks to him. McIntyre is like the father of The Bloodline. In a retelling of the story, Drew McIntyre says that Paul Heyman got into Roman Reigns’ mind when he was at a pretty low point; he took advantage of everything, so much so that now Polito is on the cover too. But hey, all the Scotsman expects is for Heyman to thank him for everything. Paul Heyman thanks him, but feels harassed.
Drew takes his distance… and then asks that Heyman please tell “his boy” that McIntyre will give him a personal beating at the Royal Rumble. Heyman will gladly deliver the message to “his Tribal Chief,” Roman Reigns. But McIntyre wasn’t talking about Roman… he was talking about CM Punk. Paul Heyman can finally walk away.
