Dominik Szoboszlai: “I Have A Tattoo From Steven Gerrard”
Dominik Szoboszlai has already drawn comparisons to a Liverpool legend during his time at Anfield, and it seems he might have been influenced earlier than many realized.
Dominik Szoboszlai has revealed a surprising connection to Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard through a tattoo.
The Hungarian international, who joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in July, chose to wear the famous number eight jersey previously worn by Gerrard. In an interview, Szoboszlai explained the significance of the number and his tattoo tribute to Gerrard.
“I actually have one from Gerrard,” Szoboszlai replied, pointing to the quote on his arm. “You have one from Gerrard?” an amazed Jota exclaimed, perhaps believing that Gerrard administered the tattoo himself.
“Yeah, this one. If you can read it I’d give you a lot of money because it is Hungarian!” laughed Szoboszlai.
