Machine Gun Kelly flaunts his new blackout tattoos as he graces the red carpet in Miami… following revelations from insiders about what Megan Fox truly thinks of his ink.

Machine Gun Kelly was among the stars to attend the 36th Premio Lo Nuestro at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.

And the Mainstream Sellout star made sure to use the high-profile event to show off the new black ink tattoo work that now covers his chest and arms, with the exception of a large cross and symmetrical lines that help break up the solid black look.

Before stepping out on stage for a surprise collaboration with Don Omar, the rocker-rapper made his way over to the red carpet area to check out all the pre-show action.

The Bloody Valentine star stepped out in front of all the fans and photographers in a black double-breasted suit that came complete with aa cropped blazer that he wore without a shirt, which gave more than a hint of his new transformative body ink.

In another move to highlight his new body art, which covered up many of the old  tattoo work he had done over the years, he also wore the blazer with both sleeves rolled up to past his elbows.

The musician, 33, shocked fans on Tuesday when he revealed his blackout tattoo, which covers his upper body and both arms, just days after Megan, 37, showed off her dramatic new inking at the People’s Choice Awards.

MGK – real name Colson Baker – told fans that the inking was for ‘spiritual purposes,’ but he reportedly made the change as a ‘testament’ to his relationship with the Jennifer’s Body actress.

‘Colson has told Megan that one major reason he did his latest blackout tattoo was not only for a spiritual reason, but he also wanted her to know he did it for her,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.

‘He wants her to know that no matter what one does with their own body, they both share each other and his body is her body and he also wants to remove so much confusion from his previous tattoos.

‘He wants to move the confusion that ends up in their relationship from time to time and show her he can change for the benefit of himself and their relationship.’

The source explained that MGK is determined to show his dedication to moving forward in a more positive nature as a couple so they can begin to make ‘a new love bond.’

The insider added: ‘He wanted to let her know that the new ink was also a testament to her and where they can go from here, that as much joy they have had with each other, he wants it to be a blank space and make new memories and make a new love bond with each other.’

They finished: ‘It sounds very deep, but it is genuine and Megan is eating it up and loves it.’

After strutting his stuff in front of the cameras and fans on Thursday, Kelly would hit the stage as part of the Don Omar medley during the ceremony.

With a guitar strapped on his shoulder, MGK rocked out a version of Omar’s Danza Kuduro that also featured the so-called King of Reggaeton.

The medley of Salió el Sol, Danza Kuduro and Pobre Diabla would also feature Omar performing with Anitta, and Wisin & Yandel.
