“Robert Pattinson Freshens Up His Enchanting Hollywood Abode Before Putting It on the Market”

He might be best known for his portrayal of the sparkling vampire Edward Cullen in the “Twilight” film saga, but it turns out Robert Pattinson has a keen eye for making home interiors that also shine.

In October, the actor quietly sold his home in the Hollywood Hills for $3 million in an off-market deal, some nine years after acquiring the single-story spread for $2.17 million, records with PropertyShark show.

The buyer, who is listed in records as an LLC, was represented by Chase Rogers of The Beverly Hills Estates. It’s not clear who represented Pattinson.

During his almost decade of ownership, Pattinson, 37, overhauled the 1950s space while preserving its historic charms and retaining features like the Spanish clay tile floors, roof tiles, arches, veranda and wood-beam ceilings.

The private two-bedroom home sits at the end of a long gated driveway, tucked far out of sight from the street, and its oasis-like backyard is loaded with plants and greenery, further contributing to the home’s secluded feel, with plenty of space for dining al fresco or lounging by the pool.

Photo comparisons show that Pattinson brightened up the almost 2,000-square-foot interiors, like in the living area, where he added a skylight and installed new glass doors.

He also created intimate nooks for relaxing, installed statement light fixtures and updated the kitchen, adding high-end appliances, a tile backsplash and custom cabinetry.

Pattinson won’t be moving far. Last year, he and his actress partner, Suki Waterhouse, reportedly snapped up a Spanish-style three-bedroom house, also in the Hollywood Hills, for $5.3 million. The gated property previously belonged to Grammy-winning musician Beck.

A representative for the actor, who recently hit the screen as Batman in 2022’s “The Batman,” didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Robb Report first reported on the sale of the home.
