Construction on Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s $24 million Miami mansion is finally complete.

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are getting closer to owning their ideal house. The couple has spent the last few years building a $24 million estate in Miami that they bought. Now completed, the residence is one of a select few on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, known as “Millionaire’s Bunker” because of its high asking prices and the presence of rich and famous people who own properties there, like Tom Brady, Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez, and others.

The gorgeous white villa with an abundance of amenities faces Biscayne Bay. Six bedrooms, eight and a half baths, a sun terrace, a sizable backyard, a pool, a spa-cabana, outdoor showers, saunas, and more are features of this residence.

The house also features a bridge that leads to a private dock where the family can engage in a variety of water sports that they have been doing since they first came to Miami.

There’s a huge pool in the expansive rear, along with an opulent spa-cabana with an outdoor shower, sauna, cold plunge, and central ‘breezeway.’

When Ivanka and Jared decided to have a row of trees flank the back of their lakefront home, they probably did so with their family’s seclusion in mind.

Since relocating to Florida, the former first daughter and her three children—Arabella, 12, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 7—have all developed an interest in water sports, especially wake surfing.

That her new pad has a bridge leading to a private dock where they may park a boat and jet skis is therefore not surprising.

In addition, there are potted plants on several balconies and trees strewn throughout Ivanka and Jared’s private haven.

The Trump-Kushners are understood to have fully moved into the mansion after spending nearly three years living at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbor.

The property was sold to the couple by billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset Meruelo, in April 2021. It was also previously owned by record producer Scott Storch from 2004 to 2008.

Ivanka and Jared’s purchase came just seven months after they bought a two-acre lot on the island that was once owned by the Spanish singer Julio Iglesias for $32.2 million.
