Former supermodel, TV personality and real estate enthusiast Tyra Banks is selling her property in Pacific Palisades, California, for $7.895 million.

The home is positioned in a prime hillside enclave overlooking the town center.

Located in a hillside enclave overlooking the new Caruso Village center, a shopping center with 40 curated restaurants and shops, the architectural residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms with a total of 6,160 square feet of living space, according to the listing posted Monday.

It has more than 6,100 square feet of living space.

Built in 2014, the home also includes two offices, a gym, a media room, a bar, a family room and a chef’s kitchen. Throughout, it features pocket doors, wide-plank hardwood floors, high ceilings and custom, hand-painted wall designs, according to the listing.

The roof deck—with an outdoor kitchen, multiple seating areas, a spa and a fire pit—offers panoramic views of the ocean and mountains.

On the ground level outside, there is a limestone terrace with an infinity pool and a cascading waterfall backdrop, plus a lawn and Ipe wood decks, the listing said.

The home features high ceilings, wide-plank wood floors and custom wall designs.

“This house has been ‘smized’ with a wow factor,” Ms. Banks said in a statement through the brokerages, using a word she famously coined on “America’s Next Top Model” that means smiling with one’s eyes.

Ms. Banks bought the property for $6.995 million in early 2018, property records show.
