Living the Dream: Inside Manchester United Legend Wayne Rooney’s £28M Mansion with a Full-Size Football Field, Two Fishing Lakes, a Theater, and a Swimming Pool

The house sits on a whopping 40 acres of land and has two fishing lakes, a cinema and pool

Rooney is believed to have paid over £4m to a Cheshire property developer to build the gated home (!)

While his wife Coleen and their four boys, Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass, were still in England, he had been residing in Washington with his coaching staff.

But after he signs with the Tom Brady-backed Blues, he will have his family’s full backing when he returns to live with them in their opulent Cheshire estate.

Rooney, 37, and Coleen, also 37, are proud owners of a sizable real estate portfolio that includes residences in Florida, the Caribbean, and the UK.

However, their six-bedroom, £20 million mansion with 40 acres of land is the crowning achievement.

The family moved into their brand-new home in December 2021.

High Lake Manor is claimed to be where it is, in Cheshire.

Rooney and his partner could even technically call themselves the lord and lady of the manor.

We revealed back in its development how United’s all-time top scorer had a full-size football pitch installed at the property and it comes complete with a seating area.

The five-a-side pitch even boasts changing rooms with showers for his mates – although he was blocked from installing floodlights because of his mansion’s rural location.

He also boasts a garage for his collection of cars, a cinema, a swimming pool, and even two man-made fishing lakes.
