“Latin Pop Princess” Belinda Rents Out Her Magnificent L.A. House for a Record-Showing Amount

Mexican pop sensation Belinda is renting out her gorgeous Los Angeles property, giving her (wealthiest) fans the opportunity to live like musical royalty.

The diva, dubbed the “Latin Pop Princess,” paid an impressive $4.25 million for the actual palace in 2019.

Although it seems that Belinda, whose real name is Belinda Peregrín, is not quite ready to give up the house, she is experimenting with both short- and long-term rental options.

However, the price of this magnificent home is quite high: $26,500 per month, and that is just for longer-term rentals.

Even so, Belinda, who was born in Spain but lived most of her childhood in Mexico City, has 17 million Instagram followers and a number of well-known songs to her credit. She should have no problem finding a renter willing to take up the five-bedroom house, which even has views of the Hollywood sign.

Stylish space

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom layout spans 4,855 square feet of stylish space with laminate flooring throughout.

It features living and dining areas, and the chef’s kitchen opens to a large backyard with “resort-level amenities.”

Highlights include a floating staircase, high ceilings, and a grand piano.

The home is equipped with a “full-house smart entertainment system” that extends outdoors.

Gorgeous grounds

The double-sized lot includes a pool, cabana, fireplace, barbecue, and dining and lounging areas.

The second-level bedrooms with balconies include a primary suite with a walk-in closet and bath.

More outdoor space is available on the rooftop deck, which features a hot tub and a human-scale chess board.

Belinda began her acting career at the age of 10, appearing in the telenovela “Amigos x siempre.” The singer and actress may be familiar to fans of the Disney movie “Cheetah Girls 2.”

Her self-titled first album came out in 2003, “Belinda,” sold 1.1 million copies, and led to chart-topping singles “Lo Siento” and “Vivar.” Her second album, Utopia, earned her two Latin Grammy nominations, was certified platinum in Mexico, and led to several top-1o singles.

Together, her four albums have sold over 3 million copies, making her one of the best-selling female musical acts in Mexico.

The multitalented performer can also be seen on telenovelas, and since 2020, has served as a judge on the Mexican singing competition show “La Voz.”
