At just eight-years-old Beyonce‘s daughter Blue Ivy Carter already has quite the list of accomplishments, having appeared on mom’s songs and even winning a BET Award.
And now the pint-sized star has narrated the audio book version of Hair Love, a sweet story about a father learning to style his daughter’s hair.
Creator Matthew Cherry shared the news on his Instagram Monday, posting a quick sample of the audio and writing: ‘Our Hair Love audiobook is live. Narrated by Blue Ivy Carter. Link in bio and available everywhere audiobooks are sold.’

Hair Love was released as a short film in 2019, winning an Oscar at the 2020 Academy Awards.
The short caught the attention of HBO Max which is currently developing an animated TV show based on the characters of Hair Love, called Young Love.

Blue Ivy’s audiobook performance could make her a Grammy contender.
The spoken word categories are often dominated by big-name projects, making the combination of Academy Award honors and star-power a recipe for success.
That wouldn’t be Blue’s first trophy, however.
