But Anne Hathaway is hardly a follower of the pack.

On Sunday the 31-year-old actress proved to be a trailblazer yet again by showing off another part of her body – her toes – while wearing sheer pumps to a photo call in Los Angeles on Sunday for her science fiction saga Interstellar.

Not much room in there: The beauty’s toes looked squished in the pointy pumps

The New York native paired the black mesh shoes – which made Hathaway’s toes looked squished and not manicured – with a lovely black miniskirt that had a hem with a wave to it.

A white sleeveless top with the same wavy pattern on the sleeves added some lightness.

The A lister wore her hair parted to the side and in gentle waves as well, which further drove home the theme of her outfit.

The brunette beauty wore pretty makeup with heavily made up eyes and rose red lipstick.

There was almost no jewelry on her save for the diamond engagement ring from husband of one year Adam Shulman.

Also not making the scene was a tan – Anne’s bare legs seemed to have not seen the sun for a while as she opted for a porcelain Nicole Kidman look.
