The return of Agents J and K means that the universe is either much more dangerous or a little safer! Men in Black 5, which is officially scheduled to include Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith in their legendary roles, will finally bring back one of the most cherished sci-fi franchises of the past few decades. The newest entry, which is helmed by F. Gary Gray (Men in Black: International, The Fate of the Furious), looks to combine an extraterrestrial twist with the action-packed, thrilling experience of the first three alien-hunting films.

The fifth Men in Black film, titled Men in Black, picks up 10 years after the events of Men in Black 3. Agent J (Will Smith) has since become a legendary figure within the MIB, running covert operations to keep the galaxy’s most dangerous aliens in check. Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones), now retired, is living off the grid, having left his interstellar duties behind.

But when a new, unprecedented threat emerges from the depths of space—an ancient alien force that predates Earth’s first contact—the Men in Black are forced to call K back into action. This time, the stakes are higher than ever, as the very fabric of space and time is at risk of unraveling. Agent J and K must put their differences aside, reunite, and travel to the farthest reaches of the galaxy to stop the impending chaos.
