YouTuber Cody Ko Lists His Stunning Malibu Oceanfront Beach House for $3.7 Million!

YouTuber Cody Ko and his wife, influencer Kelsey Kreppel, are back on the market with their oceanfront beach house in Malibu, originally purchased for $3.6 million in early 2021. After a few months in Reese Witherspoon’s former vacation home in the foothills above Zuma Beach, they’ve reduced the asking price from just under $4 million to $3.7 million.

The extensively renovated property, built in the early 1970s, is located in a gated community next to a mansion listed for nearly $60 million. It features a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a detached guesthouse, totaling nearly 1,800 square feet and offering breathtaking views from the Channel Islands to Catalina.
