Conor McGregor knocks on London doors in camouflage with Dee Devlin and kids in Halloween fun

UFC fighter Conor McGregor appeared to be having the time of his life while ‘trick or treating’ on Halloween.

McGregor dressed in camouflage and branded a toy gun as he strolled around the streets of London along with partner Dee Devlin and their kids.

Imagine if McGregor was at your door on Halloween night. What would you say to him?

The former two-weight champion shared images and videos on Instagram of his family’s escapades, which showed them knocking on doors in search of treats while dressed in spooky costumes.

The Irishman has not fought since July 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier due to Doctor’s Stoppage in the first round. Their third fight against each other and McGregor’s second loss in the trilogy.

McGregor has been active across social media, recently posting laughing emojis on Instagram in reaction to welterweight champion Belal Muhammad withdrawing from his fight against Shavkat Rakhmonov due to a foot infection.

He also revealed he is ‘up $7.7m in gambling profits this year’ in late October after betting on Spain to win the Euros netted him $1.1m.

However he did lose money betting on Robert Whittaker and Max Holloway to claim victory at UFC 308.

‘The Notorious’ hinted at retirement in a now deleted X post in reply to a fan stating he didn’t need to fight again.

“Ya know what, you’re right, good bye,” said McGregor.

2024 was scheduled to be the return of the UFC’s biggest star but it remains unclear when McGreogr will fight again.

UFC president Dana White in April announced that McGregor would finally fight Michael Chandler on June 29th.

Television reality show ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ served as promotion for the fight with McGregor pushing Chandler during a heated face off in the Octagon.

Unfortunately the UFC 303 International Fight Week main event was cancelled weeks before the event due to McGregor suffering an injury.

Alex Pereira versus Jiri Prochazka for the light heavyweight belt was the replacement fight.

Since then talk of the fight has dwindled and even Chandler has given up on the big money fight despite waiting two years and going without a fight since his November 2022 submission loss to Dustin Poirier.

On the Ariel Helwani show the 38-year-old said: “I’ve had numerous opponents get injured, pull out of fights, get sick, whatever it may be so you have to deal with the uncertainty.

“Obviously this one had a lot of uncertainty surrounding it since day one, since the ultimate fighter back in January of 2023.

“We had a contract signed, June 29th was the date. I am a man of my word and I was ready to go but it fell through so I would say yeah it was unfortunate but the next best option would be to fight Charles Oliveira in a number one contender fight at Madison Square Garden, the world’s most iconic arena with Jon Jones and Stipe claiming to be the baddest man on the planet.”

UFC 309 is scheduled for Sunday 17 November.
