Los Angeles Home Actor Sam Page Bought From Brooke Shields Lists for $8.65 Million

Brooke Shields’s former Los Angeles home is back on the market with a listing price of $8.65 million.

The Pacific Palisades home is being sold by actor Sam Page and his wife, Cassidy Boesch, who bought the house from Shields in 2022 for $7.4 million, property records show. Boesch’s parents, Philip Boesch Jr. and Vivian Boesch, co-own the property, according to the deed.

Page—known for his roles in “All My Children,” “Mad Men” and “The Bold Type”—and Boesch couldn’t be reached for comment.

Shields bought the house in 1997 for $3.24 million, according to Hilton & Hyland, which is marketing the property. The actor and recently elected president of the Actors’ Equity Association now calls Manhattan home, where she bought a West Village townhouse in 2008.

The country farmhouse still largely resembles how it was when Shields lived there, as Page and Boesch haven’t made any dramatic changes, said Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland, who shares the listing with colleagues David Kramer and Alla Furman. They brought the property to the market at the end of October.

“The terms ‘farmhouse’ and ‘modern farmhouse’ are thrown around so loosely, this really feels like a true country farmhouse. It’s very authentic,” Buss said.

An extra plot of land is for sale separately to extend the property’s grounds.

Built in 1982, the home sits on a hilltop, taking in views of the Santa Monica Mountains and surrounding canyons. Though the home is just two minutes from Sunset Boulevard and 10 minutes from Santa Monica, it feels “totally tucked away in nature,” Buss said.

The three-story home has about 5,300 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, including a full-floor primary suite with a bedroom fireplace, a walk-in closet, a den, a sauna and a bathroom with a fireplace.

Steps lead down from the house to the pool area, which also has a hot tub, a poolside deck and an outdoor shower.

Past the pool is a separate 1.7-acre plot of land that’s also up for sale for $6.35 million. Together, the two parcels make up more than 2 acres.

The additional plot—which the owners have used as an extension of the home for more outdoor space—could be built upon. Though it’s hillside, parts of it are flat.

“It’s basically your own private park,” Buss said.

Shields never owned the additional lot, and Mansion Global couldn’t determine when the owners acquired it.
