As a life/business coach, Tony Robbins helps people reach new heights. He apparently wants to live that way, too.
Robbins is in contract to buy a splashy, glass-cubed penthouse at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, billed as the tallest residential building south of Manhattan.
At 1,049 feet high, the Waldorf will be Miami’s first supertall tower when it is completed. Move-ins are slated for 2028.

The 100-story tower is comprised of stacked, cantilevered cubes topped by the nation’s largest penthouse — a five-story, 33,000-square-foot aerie that sold for an undisclosed price in 2022. That dwelling includes a Wall Street-style trading room; a safe room; wine cellars; a gym; a pool with a swim-up tiki bar; an outdoor gym; a multi-purpose court for racquetball, pickleball and basketball and more, according to reports.

Robbins’ 7,000-square-foot penthouse comes with a private plunge pool on its terrace, overlooking Miami and the Atlantic Ocean.
“I believe our minds thrive in places that allow us to dream and connect with natural beauty. This new space is the perfect location to witness the ocean’s tranquility while also connecting with Miami’s vibrancy,” Robbins told Gimme Shelter in a statement.

Similar penthouses were asking $28 million; brokers involved in the deal declined to reveal the price he is paying, as well as the asking price of the unit.
Robbins is also in contract to buy space for his family office, Robbins Gupta Holdings, which he co-founded with Ajay Gupta, the Montreal-born, Miami-based financier. In addition to Robbins, Gupta is also in contract to buy his own penthouse that was also asking in the $28 million range, brokers told Gimme.
Robbins also owns a mansion in Manalapan, in Palm Beach County, Gimme Shelter has previously reported.

Robbins’ three-bedroom, 4½-bathroom penthouse will be smart-wired and features a chef kitchen inside along with a summer kitchen and a lounge on the terrace. Designs are still being modified as the penthouse is not built yet, listing broker Aura Aragon of PMG Residential told Gimme.
“It’s a very beautiful, unique building and it is changing the city’s skyline,” Aragon said, adding that the building has signed contracts for more than 90% of the units, and that buyers are from all over the world. “Prices start at $3.2 million for condos facing Miami without water views, so there is something for everyone.”
Rick Teed of the Agency repped Robbins.
The building will feature nine spirally offset glass cubes, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with architect Carlos Ott. Partnering with interior design firm BAMO, the development will boast 387 units, and 205 hotel rooms and suites.
Building amenities include a restaurant, event spaces, a pool deck, an owners-only lobby, a hospitality suite, a billiards room, a kids’ club and another elevated pool deck.
The developer, PMG, is behind projects including 111 W. 57th St., Walker Tower, Stella Tower, and 111 Leroy in New York. In South Florida, PMG also develops Echo Aventura, Muse Residences Sunny Isles, Echo Brickell, Mei Miami Beach, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and the Elser Hotel & Residences in Miami.
