Joe Rogan Caught Being “Disrespectful” Towards Conor McGregor as Fans Turn against UFC Commentator Over ‘L Take’

Joe Rogan was stunned by a recent comment from Conor McGregor claiming acting is harder than MMA.

‘Notorious’ hasn’t fought in three years, but he’s been working hard to promote his acting debut, which sees him star opposite Jake Gyllenhaal in a remake of the 1980s classic Road House.

McGregor appears to be a natural after earning rave reviews from critics and being tipped to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger following his performance as a mercenary named Knox.

However, he found acting really hard. In fact, the former dual-weight UFC champion recently expressed his belief that acting is harder than being an MMA fighter.

“Acting,” McGregor told JOE when asked which of his professions is the hardest.

“Time consumption, and it’s not just action and fighting and stunts, it’s also remembering the line and you have to time things correctly, you’re engaging with another person.

“It’s just a difficult game, a lot more difficult than I gave it credit for.”

McGregor’s shocking admission was subsequently relayed to the legendary UFC analyst and he immediately scoffed at the ‘crazy’ comment.

“Listen to me, that’s not true,” Rogan said on a recent episode of his podcast.

“That’s not true, even for him. Act in Road House or fight Khabib [Nurmagomedov] again? Shut the f*** up, that’s crazy talk, it’s crazy talk.

He told McGregor to ‘shut the f*** up’

“He broke his f****** leg in a fight. That’s harder. That’s way harder than f****** acting.”

Rogan knows what it’s like to do both professions.

The 56-year-old won the US Open Championship taekwondo tournament as a teenager and was a Massachusetts full-contact state champion for four consecutive years before quitting at 21.

A comedy career followed and that led to various acting roles, but besides a couple of cameos as himself, Rogan hasn’t acted since 2011.

Today, he is the biggest podcaster on the planet and makes sporadic appearances for the UFC 17 years after he first joined MMA’s premier promotion as a commentator.

McGregor has not always had nice things to say about Rogan, and it’s currently unclear how he will react to being told to ‘shut the f*** up’ by him.
