The 50-year-old Fast & Furious  star rented the sprawling waterfront luxury pad in 2014 while filming San Andreas in Queensland.

Located in the ritzy Surfers Paradise suburb of the Isle of Capri, the gigantic six-bedroom, six- bathroom home is being sold off-market without a price listing.

Built by entrepreneur Doug Spong in the 1990s, on the Nerang River, the gorgeous spread was last sold in 2016 for $15.5million, reports realestate.com

According to the publication, the current owners Hongbo Li and Liyan Song have owned the estate since 2016.
