Demi Lovato has put her 5,600 sq ft mansion on the market for just under $9 million, after purchasing the Hollywood Hills home in September 2016 for $8.3 million.

The singer, 27, rented out the abode for $39,500 per month in December 2018, five months after she overdosed on oxycodone possibly laced with fentanyl at the property.

In January 2017, the property was at risk of sliding down a cliff as a mudslide buried her driveway in over 20 tons of mud and debris.

The landslide blocked off access to her home from the street and crashed into the properties next door, trapping some of her neighbors inside their houses and burying at least one car.

It caused the evacuation of several homes in the Laurel Canyon area and knocked out electricity to 400 nearby residents when debris buried two power poles and took down power lines.

In July 2018, Demi was reportedly found unconscious at the mansion following her near-fatal drug overdose. A spokesperson for the star told MailOnline at the time: ‘Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers, and support.

‘Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.’

TMZ first reported that the singer was transported to an undisclosed medical facility in LA shortly before noon on Tuesday after friends called 911.

A law enforcement source confirmed she was given Narcan when she was found, a medication that’s used to try and reverse an opioid overdose. A source told the publication that she had not overdosed on the drug. The songstress has previously struggled with cocaine and Oxycontin addictions.
