The half-acre lot of the home is fenced off and has high hedges all around it, giving it a private feeling.

Large living areas that open to the backyard, which features a pool, a hot tub, and other spots for entertainment and relaxing, are accessible from the double-height entryway.

Smart home technology, a theater, a wine room with glass walls, and a 3,000 square foot rooftop lounge are among the other amenities. There are balconies all throughout the second story.
