For the first time since removing her interview with the musician from her YouTube channel and social media accounts, Bobbi Althoff has discussed Drake.
In July, Drake surprised everyone by showing up on Althoff’s “The Really Good Podcast” and spending time in bed together, nestled under a thick covering of blankets.
But on Monday, after Althoff took down her interview with the rapper from her YouTube site, rumors of a falling out between her and Drake started to circulate.
The interview has also been removed from Spotify and has disappeared from her TikTok and Instagram sites.
Fans discovered that Althoff and Drake had unfollowed one another on Instagram the same day.
Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, questioned podcast host Rachel Althoff about whether or not she had “hooked up” with the rapper of “Take Care” in a private chat earlier this week.
In an earlier August episode of Portnoy’s “BFFs” podcast, Althoff talked about her podcast with Drake.
“According to my girlfriend, you got divorced after hooking up with Drake. “I’m arguing that isn’t accurate,” Portnoy wrote to Althoff.
Althoff replied, “I am not commenting publicly but off the record, you’re right that is not true.”
Althoff wrote above the screenshot that she wished she hadn’t been on Portnoy’s podcast.
“I did not want to do this podcast in the first place, and now so much negativity is coming from it,” she wrote. “I’m going to leave it alone after this but here is the uncensored dm between Dave and I.”
On Saturday, Althoff attended Drake’s concert at Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The next day, she posted a very on-brand video of herself at the venue, looking unamused with her arms crossed.
“Really in my element here @ this guys concert,” she captioned the clip on TikTok, playing into the signature apathy of her online persona.
The video was also reshared by various accounts on Twitter, which sparked a slew of negative reactions. Critics described Althoff’s schtick as “cringe,” “annoying,” “insufferable,” and “unfunny.”
Althoff’s concert reaction has remained online, but as of Monday, her interview with Drake is no longer online.
