Quin Snyder is parting with his mansion in Salt Lake City as he exited from Utah Jazz after serving eight years as the NBA team’s head coach.

In June, the Jazz announced Will Hardy will replace Mr. Snyder as the team’s head coach. “After eight years, I just feel it is time to move onward,” Mr. Snyder said in a news release at that time.

With the career move, Mr. Snyder, 55, will also look to relocate. He listed the modern farmhouse custom built in 2018 in a picturesque mountain setting last week for $12.75 million.

Mike Lindsay of Coldwell Banker Realty is handling the sale. He did not immediately return a request for comment.

The gated estate sits on 0.69 acres with views of Mt. Olympus. A circular drive court and a front veranda lead to the tall double doors of the house, which spans 12,383 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, according to the listing.

The home also has a timber-line gallery, a living room, a great room, a family room, an office, a library, a game room and a fitness center with a state-of-the-art sauna, among other amenities. Throughout, it features mountain and valley views, fireplaces, built-ins and high-end finishes, the listing said.

Outdoors, there are walkways, gardens, covered patios, decks, a resort-style infinity saltwater pool with a waterfall, a sport and pickleball court and a putting green, according to the listing.

Mr. Synder, who had played and coached for the Duke University basketball team and earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees there, bought the parcel for $769,000 in 2016, property records show.

He became head coach of Jazz in 2014 and had a record of 372-264 with three opening-round playoff series wins. In the past season, the Jazz was eliminated by the Dallas Mavericks in the opening round of the playoffs.
