Antonio Neri, chief executive of tech giant Hewlett Packard Enterprises, has sold his mansion in Delray Beach, Florida, for $14 million, listing records show.

Dubbed The Quiet Vista Estate after the street it is located on, the property sits on 2.5 acres with lake frontage in the gated community of Stone Creek Ranch and has a contemporary home that was built in 2017, according to the listing with Douglas Elliman posted in mid-October.

The 12,786-square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It also has a family room, an office, a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining room, a gym, a game room and a home theater, according to the listing.

Outdoors, there is a pool with a cascading waterfall and a full summer kitchen.

Mr. Neri, 54, bought the property in 2019 for $7.5 million and claimed it as his primary residence in the state, property records show.

He began to work for Hewlett Packard in the 1990s and replaced Meg Whitman as the company’s CEO in February 2018.

Hewlett Packard announced in December 2020 that it’s moving its global headquarters from California’s Silicon Valley to Houston in 2022. Mr. Neri has a residence in the Houston metro area.

“Antonio recently moved to Houston as his principal residence associated with the HPE headquarters move to Houston,” a company spokesman said in an email. “For the past two years, Florida has been a second-home vacation residence for him, and he’s chosen to relocate that residence to Ft. Lauderdale.”

The home was listed for $15.5 million on Oct.13 and went into contract in just five days. The sale closed on Nov. 12 for $14 million, listing records show.
