She sold the property three years ago after buying it as a ‘starter home’ for $2.7million in 2015.
And Kylie Jenner‘s old home is back on the market already for a whopping $3.59million according to reports by TMZ, following a complete makeover by the current owners.
The make-up mogul, 23, purchased the sprawling Tuscan-style pad just aged 17 and lived in it for two years before upgrading it for a stunning $6million mansion closer to her ‘momager’ Kris Jenner.

The lavish property is situated in exclusive gated community The Oaks in Calabasas and boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as incredible grounds with an outdoor swimming pool.
Kylie’s old home features a largely monochrome theme with plush furnishings and the living room is focused around a huge white stone fireplace, as well as boasting French doors leading out to a patio area.
The large kitchen is made up of large dark wood cabinets and Viking appliances, next to an island and huge L-shaped sofa for family members and guests to lounge in the sociable setting.
During her time in the property, the Kylie Cosmetics founder transformed her bedroom en suit into a giant glam room, complete with a lighted vanity, mirrored walls and custom drawers.

Elsewhere, The self-made billionaire recently made a record-breaking $15million purchase on 5 acres of land in Hidden Hills, California according reports TMZ earlier this month.
The multi-million dollar deal came just a week-and-a-half after Kylie – who has topped Forbes’ list of youngest self-made billionaires for the past two years – moved into a lavish $36.5million ‘resort compound’ in Holmby Hills.
The vacant lot is currently filled with dirt but luckily the sprawling $15million property is a mostly-flat 5 acres as the purchase is a record for the area.
She is not the only A-lister who has purchased the land, as Miley Cyrus had bought it in 2015 as her horses lived there but never built a home on it as she sold it three years later.
Kylie’s new purchases only add to her already lavish property empire as she bought Palm Springs land where she was recently quarantining with Stormi and baby daddy Travis Scott.

Before moving into her $36.5 Holmby Hills compound, she resided in a $12million Hidden Hills mansion which is a neighborhood her family and friends have colonized throughout the years.
The social media sensation picked up her current property in 2016 for $12million and the mansion sprawls over 13,200 square feet, according to real estate site Trulia.
Kylie is also reportedly the co-owner of a $13million Beverly Hills investment property with co-parent and on/off beat Travis Scott, according to People.
Beautiful: The exterior of the property is Tuscan-style and featured sprawling grounds
Plush: Kylie also previously showed her followers her luxe bedroom with huge velvet bed and cosy armchairs

‘Kylie and Travis’s new Beverly Hills house is spectacular. It’s contemporary, but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private,’ an insider told the magazine.
Kylie has been quarantining with Travis, Stormi, and best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou AKA Stassie in the aforementioned $36.5million Holmby Hills estate which sits on 19,250 square feet.
No doubt safety was key amid the COVID-19 pandemic as the estate is an ultra private looking compound, which is protected with a 24/7 guardhouse.
With seven bedrooms and 14 baths to choose from, the home Inside has plenty of room for Kylie, daughter Stormi Webster and the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister’s entourage.
Garden party! The garden also features an outdoor eating area with bbq and bar

Outdoors boasts a stunning pool, a fire pit, and a mature palm tree for a tropical touch.
The home also features two guest apartments with kitchenettes and living rooms, and two additional suites with private patios and entrances, perfect for Kylie’s inner circle.
Though $36.5million seems like quite the splurge, Jenner actually got a decent deal on the property, which was originally listed at $45milllion.
