Meghan Markle said she wants to “mend” her relationship with Kate Middleton and “regrets” the current royal feud: Report

If reports are to be believed, Meghan Markle is feeling ‘regretful’ over the ongoing royal feud. Reportedly, the Duchess of Sus𝑠eđ‘„ wants to mend her relationship with the Princess of Wales.

InTouch quoted a source saying, “She wants to make peace with Kate. She doesn’t want any bad blood between them.” The report added that Meghan regrets the way things turned out to be.

“Meghan’s friends say she regrets how things went down and she never meant any harm to Kate. Though she must realize she could’ve done things differently,” added the source. The report also revealed that Kate’s response has been ‘polite’. “She hasn’t exactly encouraged or embraced Meghan,” added the source.

Things turned sour between Prince Harry-Meghan Markle and the royal family after the Duke and Duchess of Sus𝑠eđ‘„ made shocking allegations against them. In Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, he revealed that his wife was found in tears ‘on the floor’ following an argument with Kate about bridesmaid dresses.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey (2021), Meghan revealed that she was hurt by Kate’s actions. The Duchess of Sus𝑠eđ‘„ also shared that Kate had apologized the next day for making her cry.

In March 2024, Kate Middleton announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy. In June, she shared a health update and thanked fans for their love and prayers. She revealed, “I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months.”

On the other hand, Meghan has been reportedly busy working on her upcoming new podcast which will go live in 2025.
