L ogan Paul will be back in his home state to put the United States Championship on the line against LA Knight during WWE SummerSlam 2024 .

“The Megastar of Social Media” has had a practically absent reign, since his last title defense, at WrestleMania XL , he has barely competed twice, without defending his medal. That is why “La Magestrella” set his sights on his rival, waiting for him for months to be able to have this title opportunity.

After failing in his attempt to get the Money In The Bank Briefcase, LA Knight met with Nick Aldis to get a contract that gave him a match for the United States Title held by Logan Paul . “The Megastar” declared during WWE SmackDown ( July 12, 2024 ) recalled the path he followed to get to WWE Money In The Bank 2024 , as he achieved his qualification after making the three count on Paul.

With that in mind, he got the SmackDown General Manager to sign the contract he was holding in his hand, and he set out to sign it in front of the WWE Universe. Everything was set, all that was left was Logan’s signature, but, as usual, he wasn’t on SmackDown that night. Knight would wait another week to see Paul again, and by whatever means, he would make sure he signed the contract to take over the championship at SummerSlam.

Logan Paul appeared on WWE SmackDown ( July 19, 2024 ) saying that he had no reason to give a title opportunity to LA Knight. Paul made fun of Knight because what he does in the ring is what defines his entire life , while Logan, on the other hand, bragged about his business, doing interviews with presidents, billionaires, raising a family and carrying the name Paul with pride. And it was curious that LA couldn’t have a defining moment in the last twenty years, even though what he does in the ring is everything to him.

LA Knight finished goading Logan Paul by telling him it was funny that he brought up his brother, Jake Paul, who will be facing Mike Tyson, because Logan didn’t even have the balls to agree to compete against him. It seemed that guts weren’t for everyone in the family. Logan Paul ended up signing the contract to do the match between the two, sentencing LA to never be able to become WWE Champion. Although Nick Aldis briefly held them both back, Logan and LA ended up having a brief brawl in the ring.

WWE SummerSlam 2024  will take place on Saturday, August 3, from Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio.
