Jennifer Lawrence, the Academy Award-winning actress, is renowned for being quite open during interviews.
In a recent interview, the 33-year-old discussed the gory aftermath of filming Hot Ones with Sean Evans and acknowledged that, despite playing one of her many well-known movie roles, she hardly comprehended what was happening.
Furthermore, Lawrence spoke up about her personal life in 2018 and disclosed that she had a significant dread of having š eš„.
While promoting her filmĀ Red SparrowĀ at the time,Ā she toldĀ The Sun: “I always talk like I want d**k, but the truth is when I look back at my š eš„ual past it was always with boyfriends.
“I talk like I like it, but I donāt really do it.”
The reason why? J-Law is a major germaphobe.
“I am mostly also a germaphobe,” she said. “I have made it this far without an STI.”
Lawrence then added: “D**k is dangerous. If I was at the point where I could get an STI, doctors have already been involved. That is how much of a germaphobe I am.”
Elsewhere in the interview, she said: “I am not in a relationship. I am making it clear that I have not had š eš„ in a very long time. I would like to have a relationship, you know ā itās hard out there!”
Little did she know that she’d get married a little over 18 months later.
TheĀ Hunger GamesĀ star married gallerist Cooke Maroney in 2019, and the pair went on to welcome a son named Cy into the world in 2022.
More recently, Lawrence admitted thatĀ she ‘should have listened’ to Adele,Ā after the ‘Hello’ singer warned her about a movie role which flopped.
In 2016, she starred in space rom-comĀ PassengersĀ alongsideĀ Chris PrattĀ as two people who board a spaceship to ‘Homestead II,’ but mistakenly wake up with 90 years left to go on their voyage.
The movie achieved a feeble 30 percent on Rotten Tomatoes and grossed just $300 million (Ā£262 million) worldwide. It cost $110 million (Ā£89 million) to make.
Speaking of her fans’ disappointment in the film, Jen said: “I was like, ‘Oh no, you guys are here because Iām here, and Iām here because youāre here. Wait, who decided that this was a good movie?’
“Adele told me not to do it! She was like, āI feel like space movies are the new vampire moviesā. I should have listened to her.”
