Miranda Kerr Gets $4.1 Million for Her Malibu Beach Pad Sale

Miranda Kerr, the supermodel, has formally left her beachfront property in Malibu, California. The charming home was listed for six months before selling for $4,115,000.

Married to Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, the mother of four initially listed the property for $4,495,000 in February.

Kerr left the seaside with a tidy profit, having paid $2,150,000 for her house in 2014.

When the fashion designer moved into the home with Spiegel and their three kids in 2021, she gave People magazine a tour and gave fans a peek inside the gorgeous estate. Along with Orlando Bloom, Kerr’s ex-husband, they have a child.

Three years before to her marriage, the supermodel bought the cottage and remarked that she “instantly fell in love” with it because of “the bones, the high ceilings, and the light that comes through the big windows.”

The delightful domicile has found its way onto Kerr’s Instagram feed, where she has 14.4 million followers.

The 41-year-old, who also has a skin care line, Kora Organics, has shown off the lovely spaces, including a bathtub right in her bedroom, a design she created after she bought the property.

“I have always wanted a bathtub in my bedroom, and now I have it,”  she explained.

Built in 1960, the retreat offers six bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and sits on a lushly landscaped .73-acre lot. The place includes a waterfall and pond, along with a guesthouse.

The serene oasis includes a pool and spa as well as a pool house.

The main house boasts high ceilings, walls of glass, a fireplace, and decks with ocean views.

Kerr’s lovely look was also available for purchase—the turnkey property could come furnished for an additional $100,000, the listing notes.

As for Kerr, she and Spiegel have other luxe spaces to enjoy. They reportedly reside in a $120 million spread in Los Angeles.

Prior to that megamansion, Spiegel owned two homes, which he’s been trying to sell: A starter home in Brentwood and a larger property in L.A. that is still on the market for $17,750,000.
