Star of “White Lotus,” Alexandra Daddario, lists a stunning L.A. “Treehouse” for $3 million.

As she gets ready for the birth of her first child, “White Lotus” star Alexandra Daddario is making some significant life adjustments. She is starting by selling her charming Los Angeles “treehouse” home.

Daddario, 38, put the midcentury modern home back on the market for $2,925,000, a tiny increase from the $2.8 million she paid for it back in May 2023, just a year after buying it.

The actress made the choice to sell the house a few weeks after revealing her pregnancy to the public in an interview with Vogue.com. She posed for a gorgeous set of prenatal pictures in the Brooklyn, New York, loft she shares with her producer husband, Andrew Form.

Daddario and Form have previously shown to be skilled real estate con artists.

They sold a posh Hancock Park mansion for $7,675,000 at the start of the year. The two paid $7.3 million for the property, which they owned for just over a year.

Tasteful remodel

As for the L.A. abode on the market, it boasts an array of amenities that are sure to charm plenty of prospective buyers.

Built in 1959, the post-and-beam architecture was “restored and remodeled with great taste,” the listing notes.

Prior owners completed the remodel, and the results were featured in a 2022 Architectural Digest spread.

Indeed, the retro palette harks to another era, with hues of marigold, avocado, and natural wood accents.

The space includes four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,418 square feet of living space on just over a quarter-acre lot.

Glass walls offer lovely views of the private, tree-lined surroundings. And inside, sun-warmed spaces and wood ceilings are found throughout.

Treehouse living

The space also has living and dining rooms that open from glass doors onto a wraparound deck flanked by old-growth trees.

Meanwhile, a tiled fireplace and moss-colored carpeting enhance the home’s retro-chic aesthetic. The floor plan also includes a cook’s kitchen and an adjacent family room as well as space for an office or a rec room.

The primary suite comes with a Japanese-style soaking tub. Outdoor space includes a private yard with a sauna and cold plunge that “feels like a Big Sur retreat,” the listing notes.

New York City-born Daddario had her breakthrough role in the “Percy Jackson” film series. She also appeared in the movies “Baywatch” and “San Andreas.”
