Despite the Saudi Pro League’s winter break, Cristiano Ronaldo has taken no time off as he shared pictures and videos from inside the gym on Monday morning.
The Al-Nassr forward won’t be in action until the start of February, given the league’s break, but that hasn’t stopped him from maintaining his impressive physical shape.
Ronaldo, 38, took to Instagram on Monday to show himself performing a workout on his back and abs during the winter break.
The Al-Nassr star was filmed from behind as he took on the cable machine in his gym, which did well in showing his immense back muscles.
Then, in another image posted on his Instagram story, Ronaldo posed in-front of his mirror with dumbbells in either hand.

The Al-Nassr forward will not be required to play for his side until the start of February
Just hours before Ronaldo posted the videos to his story, the Al-Nassr forward had been spotted celebrating Three Kings Day with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, their children and his inner circle of friends.
Ronaldo and Co headed to Dubai for a few days to celebrate Three Kings Day over the weekend, a day marking the three wise men seeing baby Jesus for the first time, and giving him gifts.
Alongside Ronaldo, Rodriguez and their children, the power couple were joined by prominent fitness trainer Soraya Alvarez and her partner, as well as notable sports journalist Edu Aguirre, and his wife Julia Salmeán.
Rodriguez shared a series of snaps to her 55 million Instagram followers, including a group photo by a marina, with everyone wearing crowns after being visited by three ‘kings’ in costume.
Miguel Paixao was also in attendance for the celebrations in Dubai.
Paixao was formerly Ronaldo’s room-mate when he started out at Sporting Lisbon as a teenager, and they have remained inseparable ever since. He remains one of the former Man United star’s closest friends.

Ronaldo finished as football’s top goalscorer throughout 2023 with an impressive tally of 52
Ronaldo will be hoping to bring his form from 2023 into the new year after ending last calendar year as football’s top goalscorer.
The forward has enjoyed a successful spell in Saudi Arabia after joining the league from Manchester United in January, helping his side maintain another title push against Al-Hilal.
His strike against Al-Taawoun last month took him to 54 goals for the year, including international football.
Ronaldo, meanwhile, takes the accolade for the fifth time, also finishing top scorer in the world in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 while at Real Madrid.
