Six months after federal agents raided his enormous Beverly Hills mansion, Sean “Diddy” Combs lists it for $61.5 million.

Six months after Homeland Security officers raided his huge house in Beverly Hills, California, as part of a purported đť‘ eđť‘Ą trafficking investigation, Sean “Diddy” Combs has placed it up for sale for an astounding $61.5 million.

Situated in the upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood, the house boasts 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms spanning 17,000 square feet, making it one of the region’s “most spectacular and beautiful estates,” according to its description.

If Diddy, 54, is successful in getting the house for his outrageous asking price—a $20.5 million increase over the $39 million he allegedly paid for the megamansion in 2014—he would benefit handsomely.

Less than four months after it was searched by federal authorities, the rapper was initially rumored to be planning to sell both the property and his large Miami beachfront mansion in July 2024.

Few details have been made public regarding the nature of the raids on March 25. Nevertheless, a number of sources have asserted that they were conducted as a component of an ongoing investigation into đť‘ eđť‘Ą trafficking; two insiders have told NBC News that a grand jury in New York will hear testimony against Combs.

Images from the raid revealed that agents had conducted a thorough search of both properties, with reports claiming they removed multiple electronics and also opened safes that were found inside both the L.A. and Miami homes.

A source told Page Six at the time that there had been “significant property damage” caused at both homes during the raids.

However, Diddy is clearly hoping that any “damage” sustained—nor indeed the scandal surrounding the homes—will not impact the value of his Beverly Hills property, given the staggering list price.

For that amount, potential buyers can expect a rather impressive number of amenities, including a bar, wine cellar, library, gym, an indoor sauna, and a pool.

The listing also calls attention to the home’s “state-of-the-art theatre that can accommodate 35 people,” as well as classic European details throughout the home.

“The stunning grounds feature beautiful lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, basketball court, spa house and an outdoor covered loggia with BBQ, bar, and pizza oven,” the listing continues.

Then, of course, there are the many celebrity neighbors that a potential buyer will gain, including Kylie Jenner.

Any Diddy fans hoping to score a tour of his home will be disappointed, however, because the property will only be shown to “prequalified clients” aka those who can prove they have a fortune significant enough to afford the property.

The house is one of many incredible properties Diddy has owned and sold over the years. His Miami mansion, which is located on the exclusive Star Island, was previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan and cost the rapper a whopping $35 million back in 2021.

It includes two buildings on 1.34 acres, with a total of six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and nearly 8,000 square feet, as well as stunning waterfront views.

Combs already owned the home next door to the Estefan property, having purchased that 18 years earlier for $14.5 million.
