Michael Jordan Gains Notoriety Following His Induction Into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2024 With Emmitt Smith and Andre Reed

Despite the star-studded nature of the 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame induction, many were taken aback by the presence of NBA legend Michael Jordan.

Jordan was in the company of his lifelong friend, Dwight Freeney, a standout pass rusher for the Indianapolis Colts who was among the Saturday inductees.

Freeney wasn’t the only person MJ knew at the induction, even though it was clear that he was there to support his friend. He was included in a video that went viral on social media showing him interacting with two Hall of Famers, Emmitt Smith and Andre Reed.

While Reed was one of the league’s most reliable wide receivers throughout his time in the league, mostly with the Buffalo Bills, Smith was a terrific running back for the Dallas Cowboys.

While Smith and Reed weren’t as popular as Jordan was, these guys were three of the biggest sports stars in the world during the 1980s and 90s.

In a day full of awesome moments, seeing Jordan link up with both Smith and Reed was pretty eye-catching, and it’s safe to say it will be one of the lasting memories these guys have from the induction ceremony.
