Ciara and Russell Wilson spent some recent downtime spreading some cheer.

The couple stopped by Seattle Children’s Hospital on Tuesday to surprise patients with Seattle Seahawks gear and other treats. The photos, which were shared on the Seattle Children’s Facebook page, showed the songstress and her quarterback husband spending time with the kids there.

“From Seattle Seahawks superfan surprises to the sweetest goodbye lullaby, Russell Wilson and Ciara spread love, grace and cheer to patients and families today,” Tuesday’s post read.

Ciara, 32, also shared the images on her Instagram account, where she gave a special shoutout to the kids she visited. “Grayson – Amazzin! Luke The Champ! Juniper The Superstar! What a special time with these Angels today,” she wrote.

Wilson, 28, described the visit as a “special day” on his own Instagram.
