Damian Priest will seek revenge on Finn Bálor

The year started out pretty well for the one-time Judgment Day partners as although they were defeated at WrestleMania 40 for their unified tag team medals, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley stood up for the group by walking out of the “Showcase of the Immortals” as world champions, with Rhea Ripley retaining against Becky Lynch and Damian Priest cashing in his Money in the Bank Briefcase on Drew McIntyre .

This seemed to be the era of The Judgment Day, but a severe injury to Rhea Ripley changed all plans. Even though Damian Priest took over control of the group, the truth is that with the departure of the “Mommy” everything began to change. Dominik Mysterio began to get involved with Liv Morgan while Finn and Priest increased their tensions week by week.

Time passed and Damian Priest remained world heavyweight champion until WWE SummerSlam 2024 where he had to defend his medal against “King General” Gunther . In that fight Finn Bálor appeared in the ringside area to supposedly provide emotional support to his Judgment Day partner, but what turned out was the opposite. “Prince” betrayed Damian and gave Gunther the opportunity to become the new world champion.

At that same event, Dominik Mysterio left behind his romance with Rhea Ripley and allied himself with Liv Morgan, so The Judgment Day had been totally changed. Because of this, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley (who are now known as The Terror Twins) sought to exact revenge on their former partners. The first affected were the Dom-Morgan couple who were brutally defeated at WWE Bash In Berlin 2024 .

Liv Morgan had no choice but to accept the title match that Rhea Ripley demanded of her. For his part, Finn Bálor chose not to hide anymore and challenged Damian Priest to a one-on-one duel for WWE Bad Blood 2024 . Priest accepted the match but once again the numbers game worked against him. Can Damian Priest overcome Finn Bálor and the rest of Judgment Day?
