Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and Supermodel Miranda Kerr Secure Buyer for Their Luxury Los Angeles Mansion!

Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel have found a buyer for their Los Angeles home.

The couple listed the house, in the city’s Brentwood neighborhood, in March for $19.95 million, later cutting the price to $17.75 million in July, listing records show.

Spiegel, co-founder and CEO of Snap Inc., bought the property—which was formerly Harrison Ford’s longtime home—in 2016 for $12 million using a limited liability company, according to property records. Ford reportedly bought the home in 1983 and sold it in 2012 for $8.195 million, records show.

It’s the second house in two months that the couple has unloaded—in August, Kerr sold the Malibu home that she had owned for 10 years for $4.1 million

The home spans approximately 7,100 square feet on a 0.8-acre lot, according to the listing with Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates.

The traditional-style main house, which was built in 1951 by architect Gerard Colcord, features a double-height foyer, a formal dining room with a fireplace and a living room that opens to a large terrace. There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including a primary suite with high ceilings, a marble bathroom, two large closets and a balcony that has a view of the city.

The property also includes a two-story guest house, a large swimming pool and a pool house with a catering kitchen.

Kerr, 41, and Spiegel, 34, have been married since 2017 and now reportedly live in L.A.’s Holmby Hills on a two-parcel property that they spent a total of $145 million on, according to the New York Post.
