It’s unbelievable! Floating hotel featuring an underwater bedroom..

Floating hotel with an underwater bedroom – Today, Hotel Interior Designs presents you a hotel “out of the box”.

The 4 Superior Garden Rooms have views of the sea between the foliage. One pair of rooms has an interconnecting door which makes it an excellent choice for families or larger groups. The Superior Garden Rooms are all air conditioned with a king size fthe poster bed and private makuti thatch covered terrace.

Feeling adventurous? Got a spare couple of grand? If so, you might want to consider splashing out on a stay in this underwater hotel room, which gives new meaning to the phrase “sleeping with the fishes”.

Part of the Manta Resort in Zanzibar, it doesn’t come cheap, with rates starting at $1,500 (£1,000) a night, but this is a room with a serious view. The private floating island has three levels, so you can lie in bed and watch shoals of fish swimming past before hopping above deck and jumping in the Indian Ocean to join them. It sits 250 metres from the shore – a two-minute boat ride from the main Manta Resort.

Manta Resort lies on the remote northwestern tip of Pemba Island, on a fabulous white beach overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Pemba Channel.

Romantic and very relaxing, Manta Resort has one of the best swimming beaches in the whole Zanzibar Archipelago, and the diving is world class.

If Zanzibar doesn’t appeal, though, there are other underwater hotel rooms that might float your boat. Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, has two subaquatic suites with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the lagoon. Over in Fiji, the Poseidon Underwater Resort has been in the works for several years, with plenty of CGI images, but no opening date in sight.
