Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton vs Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser

Gunther leaves the ring to distract Cody Rhodes , which Ludwig Kaiser takes advantage of by hitting him from behind. Rhodes recovers by throwing the German face first and then takes him out of the ring to punish him with a “Suicide Dive.” Cody returns to the ring without taking his eyes off the Austrian. Gunther hits Rhodes in the back to distract him once again and when Kaiser leaves him lying on the middle rope, “The Ring General” roughly knocks him down against the apron.

Imperium take advantage to attack the Undisputed WWE Champion together against the corner. Gunther hits Cody Rhodes at ringside and returns after having been relieved to continue beating. The World Heavyweight Champion does not allow Cody to approach his corner to seek help from Randy Orton . “The American Nightmare” throws a few punches to show signs of life, but does not fully react on WWE SmackDown . Rhodes finally escapes from the clutches of the European team to deliver the relay.

Randy Orton comes in on fire to take down Kaiser with a powerslam. The German reacts to tag in Gunther, but Orton doesn’t notice. Randy was preparing an Elevated DDT on Kaiser; Gunther intervenes by punishing him with a Chop, but it’s the Austrian who ends up eating Randy’s DDT. Gunther avoids an RKO, dangerously sending Orton back to the canvas! Both tag in. Cody Rhodes takes advantage over Ludwig Kaiser and connects a Cody Cutter. Randy Orton eliminates Gunther from the scene with an RKO! Cody Rhodes seals the victory after applying a Cross Rhodes on Ludwig Kaiser! The victory goes to Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton!

Post-match, KEVIN OWENS shows up to attack Randy Orton in the back with a chair while Cody Rhodes was celebrating. Gunther catches Cody Rhodes with a Sleeper! The World Heavyweight Champion submits the Undisputed WWE Champion despite several security personnel trying to stop him. Kevin Owens simply watches his former best friends suffer on the canvas ahead of WWE Crown Jewel 2024.
