Bobby Berk of ‘Queer Eye’ Lists His Los Angeles Home for $2.75 Million

“Queer Eye” star Bobby Berk is parting with his Los Angeles home, which hit the market on Thursday for $2.75 million.

Berk, an interior designer who was a part of the Netflix reality series for its first eight seasons, bought the Hollywood Hills home in 2019 for $1.375 million, property records show. Berk, 43, wasn’t available for comment.

Naturally, the interior designer left his mark on the Spanish-style home. In addition to completely remodeling the interiors, he also expanded the primary bedroom by closing in a patio and redid the backyard, adding different levels of outdoor gathering spaces, according to listing agent Nadine Guyaux of Redfin.

Berk renovated the 1979 home to include modern finishes like marble countertops, brass kitchen cabinetry and a stylish wet bar in the dining room. Other interior details include custom fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed beam ceilings.

With nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, the home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary suite includes a serene bathroom with a free-standing tub, a large walk-in closet and a sitting area with a fireplace.

A window behind the kitchen sink folds away to reveal an outdoor bartop, connecting the kitchen to the backyard. There’s also a barbecue area with its own sink and bar seating as well as space for a large dining table.

Other outdoor seating areas include one with a fire pit and another under a pergola, listing photos show. The sale of the home comes with the option to also purchase the outdoor furniture.
