Baltimore Raven Derrick Henry Sells His Nashville Home for $3.1 Million

NFL running back Derrick Henry has just sold his home in Nashville for $3.1 million.

The sale comes some eight months after Henry, 30, left the Tennessee Titans and signed a two-year, $16 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

The Heisman Trophy winner and four-time Pro-Bowler had owned the home since 2020—the same year he was named the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year—when he acquired the place for roughly $2.24 million, records with PropertyShark show.

Henry, who couldn’t be reached for comment, used a trust for the purchase.

The home first hit the market in February—just before he signed with the Ravens—and has been on the market with a few different price tags since then. It was most recently listed for a hair under $3.3 million in September, listing records show.

Henry bought the contemporary house in 2020.

A record of the sale isn’t yet available, and so Mansion Global couldn’t determine the identity of the buyer.

Located some 20-minutes south of downtown Nashville, the gated property is contemporary with a monochromatic palette, featuring shades of black, gray and white throughout.

It “epitomizes luxury and convenience,” according to the listing with Devin Roper of Compass, who wasn’t immediately available to comment on the deal.

Across its more than 5,700 square feet, the house has a sleek main kitchen with an adjoining scullery kitchen, a floating staircase, a full bar, a deck and six bedrooms, including a primary suite attached to a versatile space that can be used as an office, a nursery or an additional closet, the listing said.

Outside, the backyard is fenced for privacy and has a pool and spa, a deck with a grill and a fireplace, and a cabana. A 700-square-foot pool house has a full bathroom along with two rooms that could be utilized as a gym and a studio.

The Ravens, who are one of the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl, were in Los Angeles to take on the Chargers on Monday night.
