Seth Rollins confronted CM Punk on WWE RAW (December 2, 2024) to threaten to end his career.

CM Punk opened the event in Everett, Washington to a standing ovation. “Last time you saw me, I was on that entrance ramp saying that I didn’t know I was in CM Punk’s future after Hell In A Cell. After much consideration, here I am after surviving a career-ending WarGames. I know where I’m going now. I’ve settled my issues with Drew McIntyre and put things right with my friend, Paul Heyman. I know what the future holds…” CM Punk said as he climbed into the corner pointing to the top of the arena, pretending to be the Royal Rumble winner.

« I know what the future holds for me. There are a lot of ways to get there (to WrestleMania). A lot of ways to end your story. There’s the Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and I also have a favor from Paul Heyman that I can cash in at any time,» continued Punk, excited about reaching WrestleMania 41, when he was interrupted by Seth Rollins .

Seth Rollins entered the ring to a cold-blooded CM Punk who wasn’t expecting to be interrupted. The crowd’s chants were split for both Superstars. “You know, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking. I really should have kicked your ass the day you returned to WWE. I regret that every day for the last year. And during that year, a lot has gotten in the way. You got hurt, I had titles to defend, a Bloodline to tear down… and the last time I saw you, I was close to taking a shot at you, but I felt sorry for you. You could barely even live, and I felt sorry for you. That was my mistake.”

“On Saturday when I saw you triumphant alongside Roman Reigns, I realized that it’s time to right my wrongs. And as we stand here right now, there’s nothing in my way, nothing in your way, nothing waiting for us, all that exists between us is hate and tonight is the night that I drop CM Punk on his ass ,” Seth Rollins said. “You talk too much and you don’t listen enough. I said I put everything personal aside. Six months ago, you were champion, you had something that I wanted. Now you have nothing. I know where I’m going, I know what’s in my future and kid, you’re not there. Have you thought about me the last six months? I haven’t thought about you at all. I’ve got things to do in this business, so stay out of my business,” CM Punk responded while confronting Seth Rollins.

“You talk too much, and you don’t listen enough. This is my business!” Seth Rollins said before launching into an attack on CM Punk.
