MEET THE NEW NEYBOUR Neymar moves into incredible five-storey Paris mansion that costs astonishing £12,800 a MONTH and was once owned by Ronaldinho

NEYMAR has wasted no time in splashing the cash since his £198million world-record move to Paris Saint-Germain.

And the biggest expense so far looks like being this incredible five-storey mansion that costs an incredible £12,800 a MONTH in rent – and was once owned by fellow Brazil legend Ronaldinho.

Then again, for someone earning just shy of £550,000 a week maybe it isn’t that much at all.

Still, the features on show in this 10,800 square-foot house once also owned by legendary French actor Gerard Depardieu show that it is worth whatever the price.

There is a giant indoor swimming pool – actually located in the basement – complete with sun loungers and a view out onto the sprawling 5,000 square-metre garden.

In addition there is a sauna, Turkish bath and massive pool room for all sorts of fun and games.

The property – which according to local media boasts “futuristic looks” – is located in Bougival, a small town of just 9,000 in the Yvelines, not even ten miles from the centre of Paris.

Website RTL say moving trucks from Barcelona have been in the area recently and a number of expensive cars have recently arrived.

France film legend Gerard Depardieu once resided in the house as well

The mansion was once an architect’s home and was built in the 1950s.

An estate agent in the area said: “It’s an exceptional property and very impressive. The house has never been on the market.”

Neymar has been in scintillating form since his arrival in the French capital.

PSG are tied at the top of Ligue 1 with Monaco on 12 points after four games and Neymar has scored three goals.
