Inside Conor McGregor’s Christmas and New Year’s celebrations as he considers full-time move abroad after Nikita Hand case

Conor McGregor enjoyed Christmas abroad with his fiancée Dee Devlin and their four young children. The MMA fighter and his family jetted off to Dubai to soak up some winter sunshine.

McGregor shared a number of photos of himself, his partner and their kids on social media over the festive season, showing them going on quad bikes, playing in a swimming pool and enjoying a night out for New Year’s Eve.

The former two-weight UFC champion’s mother Margaret also flew to Dubai for the festive period and enjoyed a fireworks display to ring in the new year with her son and his family. They sat near the famous Burj Al Arab, known as Dubai’s ‘most iconic hotel’, which overlooks the sea and is home to eight signature restaurants. Rooms start from around €2,000 on average per night.

McGregor’s decision to spend time abroad comes amid reports that he is planning to move away from Ireland permanently after a civil court ordered him to pay Nikita Hand nearly €250,000 in damages after she claimed he raped and choked her in a Dublin hotel in 2018.

It has been reported that McGregor is now considering a move to America with his family full-time.
