Lizzo Lists Luxurious Beverly Hills Home for $15.99 Million

Lizzo has put her lush, treehouse-like property in Beverly Hills on the market for $15.99 million.

Built in 2018, the more than 5,400-square-foot spread is a “modern sanctuary” that “embodies a rare synergy of architecture and nature,” according to the listing with James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates, who, through a representative, declined to comment on the property. The home hit the market on Tuesday.

The L-shaped wood, stone and glass residence has a foliage-filled, two-story atrium, wood beamed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces with views of the backyard and surrounding mountains.

The house is located on a guard-gated street in Beverly Hills

A dual-sided fireplace separates the kitchen and open living room, which flows to an outdoor covered lounge. There’s also a formal dining room, a gym and wellness area, an office, a theater, and an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit and a saltwater infinity pool.

Lizzo, a Grammy-award winning singer, rapper and accomplished flutist, added the three-bedroom home—which appears prominently across her Instagram—to her property portfolio in 2022. She paid $15 million for the place and used a trust linked to her businesses for the deal.

A representative for the 36-year-old “Truth Hurts” singer couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

When the current home was built, it replaced a house that was reportedly owned by Harry Styles from 2014 to 2016.
