Kimora Lee Simmons Gets $16.5 Million for Her Beverly Hills Mansion Sale

Kimora Lee Simmons sold her opulent nine-bedroom, ten-bathroom Beverly Hills property, netting her an additional few million dollars.

According to TMZ, the model and businesswoman completed the sale of her 9,405-square-foot house earlier this month. Simmons spent $11 million for the mansion in 2008, thus she made a $5.5 million profit.

With Greek-style columns at the foyer, a dining room with chandeliers, a library with mahogany wood paneling, a butler’s pantry, a spa, a gym, a wine cellar, a pool, and a garden reminiscent of Bridgerton, the mother of five was living the high life in her opulent house.

The master bedroom where Simmons slept includes a wood-burning fireplace, a private balcony, and dual baths with walk-in closets, as noted by The Dirt. The Baby Phat CEO didn’t get the $23 million she initially asked for when putting the home on the market in January.

Built back in 1990, the opulent space has nearly every amenity you can imagine, from a four-car garage, plus a two-bedroom, one-bath guesthouse with a kitchen and an entertainment deck up top. It’s basically a two-in-one deal!

But after several years of putting the home on and off the rental market, Simmons found an eager buyer who talked her down a few million. The new owner has already put the home back on the market for a short/long-term lease option of $100,0000 a month.

It’s far more than the $62,500 per month Simmons was offering to lease the place in December 2022. While the new owner has plans of moving into the home full-time, they’re trying to rent it out for the time being.
