Seth Rollins Shows Off Progress Toward His In-Ring Return In New Workout Video

Seth Rollins tore his meniscus in January, but initially chose not to undergo surgery. Rollins has now had the necessary procedure, and he is working toward his in-ring return.

Rollins’ wrestling school, Black and Brave Wrestling, shared a video on Instagram showing him performing overhead shoulder presses with a barbell, using his knees for momentum.

Rollins was seen performing an impressive workout following knee surgery, demonstrating his dedication to recovery. Seth’s Black & Brave Wrestling Academy’s Instagram dropped a video of the Monday Night Messiah training hard.

Seth Rollins’ At Home

Rollins faced Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40, where he lost the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. His last appearance was assisting Cody Rhodes in the main event on WrestleMania 40 Sunday.

Seth Rollins may be training for his return, but his wife, Becky Lynch, is now a free agent. Her WWE contract expired on June 1, and no new deal was reached. They can now spend some quality time at home.

Rollins’ return date is not set yet. He is showing progress in his mobility and strength. At WrestleMania 40, Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase after Drew McIntyre defeated Rollins. Now, Priest and McIntyre will clash for the title at Clash at the Castle in Scotland, giving McIntyre a home-field advantage.

It will be interesting to see who holds the WWE World Heavyweight Championship when Rollins returns. He will likely aim to reclaim the title.
