Jennifer Lawrence, who recently opened up about struggling with “intrusive thoughts and anxiety” after the birth of her son Cy, appears at ease as she goes out with a friend in NYC

Jennifer Lawrence seemed relaxed as he enjoyed a walk in New York with a friend Saturday.

The actress, who has pushed back against allegations she had plastic surgery, bundled up in a large black puffy coat with orange lining in the cool and cloudy conditions.

The No Hard Feelings star, 33, wore a green sweater which was French tucked into her straight leg jeans.

A white T-shirt peaked from beneath the sweater’s crew neck collar.

The Hunger Games star stepped out in gray sneakers and appeared to be makeup free.

She wore rose-colored sunglasses and her long, blonde hair combed straight.

Her friend wore a black raglan shirt, black athleisure trousers, black sneakers, and a mauve puffy jacket.

The companion pulled on a raspberry-colored sweater and wore the long sleeves to keep her hands warm.

Her long, golden hair was parted on the side and brushed straight, giving the impression that she was makeup-free.

Following the birth of her almost two-year-old son Cy, the Oscar winner talked candidly about hiring security in a recent interview with Kylie Jenner for Interview magazine.

Shared with her spouse, Cook Maroney, she revealed that having the child caused her anxiety and ‘intrusive thoughts.’

Jennifer claimed that at first, she desired her security detail.

to be ‘invisible,’ but she soon realized that was neither practical nor beneficial.

Yes, being courteous is wonderful, but before I hired them, I wanted them to disappear from sight. She said, “I don’t want my kid to see you or know you.” And once they begin working for you, you’re like, “Well, hold on. We have this individual in our lives. He is assisting us.

The actress added that it was ‘not really a good lesson to ignore the person that’s helping us.’

‘It’s probably better to say, “Say good morning to Sean. Hi. How are you?” We’ve incorporated them more in our lives, which surprised me. That wasn’t how I planned it,’ she stated.

One of Jennifer’s next projects will allow her to show her comedic chops again.

After getting big laughs in the Netflix comedy, No Hard Feelings, as a woman hired to help a withdrawn teen get some life experience before he goes to college, she has signed on for the horror comedy Die, My Love.

Scottish director and writer Lynne Ramsey described the film to Variety as being ‘about mental health…and the breakdown of a marriage. But it’s really f**king funny.

At least I think it’s funny,’ she added, ‘But I’m [from Glasgow], so I’ve a really black sense of humor.’
