A TV composer’s Los Angeles home is being sold by one of the stars of “Buying Beverly Hills” for $6 million.

Despite the cancellation of her two-season reality program on Netflix with Mauricio Umansky and her sisters, Farrah Brittany is still selling houses for her family’s real estate company, Buying Beverly Hills. Indeed, Umansky’s stepdaughter and the daughter of Kyle Richards—she his estranged wife and cast member of The Housewives of Beverly Hills, and he the co-founder and CEO of The Agency brokerage firm the series followed—has just listed an especially striking home in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for slightly less than $6 million.

Another twist pertaining to TV: Shuki Levy is the owner of the house. Even though he’s not precisely well-known, if you’re an enthusiast for animated cartoons from the 1980s and 1990s, you’ve probably seen some of his work. Among his notable compositions are the theme music for over 130 children’s television programs, such as Inspector Gadget, He-Man, and Masters of the Universe. Additionally, he was a member of the production team that developed the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise.

Records indicate that Levy and his chef and food blogger wife Tori Avery doled out $1.45 million in spring 1994 for the property, which is nestled amid a gated cul-de-sac parcel spanning almost 1.6 acres and includes a Spanish-style main house, plus a wood-clad guest cabin—for a total of seven bedrooms and an equal number of baths in nearly 6,500 square feet overlooking sweeping city lights and mountain views.

As for the multi-level primary residence, a double-height entry foyer displaying a curving floating staircase flows to a dedicated office space, as well as formal living and dining rooms separated by a double-sided fireplace. A gourmet kitchen boasting marble countertops, a workstation, a center island, top-tier Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook connects to the fireside family room, which comes complete with a wet bar and a powder room.

The main suite is furnished with a two-way fireplace, a private terrace, and a spa-like bathroom featuring twin vanities, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and two walk-in closets upstairs. The lower level, on the other hand, has a movie theater, a game room, a gym, and direct access to grounds with lots of gardens that include a resort-style pool and spa, a koi pond, a gazebo, a barbecue, a pizza oven, and lots more areas perfect for entertaining and relaxing outside.

Completely encircling the treetops, the 582-square-foot guest cabin boasts a bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a loft, a sauna, and a private terrace. Also, there is a large stone motorcourt in front that can accommodate up to ten vehicles.
