The asking price of Marc Anthony’s Miami apartment is eleven million dollars.

One of Marc Anthony’s properties is up for sale. Since it was posted a month ago at a price tag of 11.4 million dollars, the opulent Miami condominium has been waiting for a buyer in an elite building in the heart of the city.

Constructed in 2019, the structure is known as the “One Thousands Museum Miami.” The Iranian designer Zaha Hadid, who sadly died in 2016, created it.

This building is extremely rare to find; only four in the world are identical to it.

The apartment has five bedrooms, and six and a half bathrooms.

The unit is equipped with floor to ceiling windows, allowing residents to enjoy the natural Miami sunlight. In each floor of the building, there’s only two apartments, providing each with a view of the city and Biscayne Bay.

The apartment has an office, an entertainment room, and a private elevator.

The residence includes amenities like a helipad, a spa, an art center, a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and more. It also has parking space for six vehicles.

The dining room is wide, having a capacity for 10 people depending on the resident’s layout.

According to reports from Raul de Molina, from the Spanish program ‘El Gordo y la Flaca,’ the building is near the Kaseya Center, one of the most important entertainment and sporting arenas in Miami.

The building also hosts some of Miami’s most famous celebrities, including Marc Anthony’s close friends David and Victoria Beckham, and Nicki Jam.
